Last night the Vista Volunteer Fire Department held their weekly Monday
Night Drill by going over Motor Vehicle Extrication's led by Westport,
CT Firefighters Matt Willie and Sean Kelly.

Motor vehicle extrication is the process of removing a vehicle from
around a person who has been involved in a motor vehicle accident, when
conventional means of exit are impossible or inadvisable.

The Vista FD trains every Monday night starting the 2nd Monday of every
month @ 7:30pm.
