The Vista FD competes in the "VFD Turkey Bowl I" on Thanksgiving morning!

On Thanksgiving morning several members of the Vista Fire Department along with their family members and friends took part in the very first "VFD Turkey Bowl." The captains for each team were Chief Jeff Peck and Lieutenant Mike Peck as 25 people took part in the Thanksgiving festivities.

"Team Jeff" defeated "Team Mike" by a score of 5 to 1 as the Vista FD started a new tradition in the Fire Department by playing Football on Thanksgiving morning.

Many thanks to all those who took part in the game and Happy Thanksgiving from all of us at the Vista Fire Department!
