This Monday the Vista Fire Department completed their annual training on reviewing all the tools and equipment for all the apparatus in the Department during our weekly drill.

Throughout the year the VFD will go through each piece of apparatus so both new & senior members get introduced/refreshed on all the tools and equipment on Engine 141, Engine 142, Tanker 4, 84B1 & 84B2. Knowing how each piece of equipment works and where it is located is very important for the members of the Vista Fire Department. By completing an "Apparatus review" drill, the members are now better equipped to be prepared on emergency scenes when operating any of the apparatus in our Department.
