This week's Monday drill was the scenario portion for our "Structure Fire Call Response" training we have covered the last 2 weeks.
Vista Firefighters & EMT's were split up into groups by Engine 141, Engine 142, Engine 143, Tanker 4, Ambulance 84B1 & Ambulance 84B2 by carrying out the responsibilities of each apparatus crew for our structure fire call response. Firefighters conducted such tasks as hose line advancement, search & rescue, ladder operations and getting positive water supply at our dry hydrant source while our EMT's handled rehab operations and medically treated the first responders working on the structure fire emergency scene.
