2017 Fire Prevention Week at Meadow Pond Elementary School
By Vista Fire Department
October 20, 2017
Throughout the last week "Fireman Tom" Ritchey & several of our members visited Meadow Pond Elementary School to teach students proper Fire Safety tips and procedures.
"Fireman Tom" visited every classroom at MPES to show them proper fire suppression techniques, the importance of Smoke Detectors in their homes and how to properly exit a residence that is filled with smoke by using a fog machine in a classroom.
Many thanks to the Katonah-Lewisboro School District and Meadow Pond Elementary School for having us this past week!
