We at the Vista Fire Department would like to congratulate Chief Jeff Peck, Captain Debbie Ferman, Foreman Karen Lilly & Foreman Dan Castelhano on completing the "Leadership, Accountability, Culture, and Knowledge" Class at the Westchester County Fire Training Center in Valhalla, New York!
Chief Peck, Captain Ferman, Foreman Lilly & Foreman Castelhano completed the 4 hour course described as the following by New York State:
