We at the Vista Fire Department would like to congratulate Chief Jeff Peck, Captain Debbie Ferman, Foreman Karen Lilly & Foreman Dan Castelhano on completing the "Leadership, Accountability, Culture, and Knowledge" Class at the Westchester County Fire Training Center in Valhalla, New York!

Chief Peck, Captain Ferman, Foreman Lilly & Foreman Castelhano completed the 4 hour course described as the following by New York State:

“This program is designed to reach fire officers, training officers and chief officers and provide the opportunity to learn how Leadership, Accountability, Culture and Knowledge can guide them toward recognizing how they can improve both their own and/or organizational skill set for what each letter represents.
