The Vista Fire Department would like to congratulate Firefighter Martin Rojas on completing the 2020 Lt. Andy Fredericks seminar hosted by the Elmsford Fire Department.

This year's Lt. Andy Fredericks seminar topic was "Fire Attack 2020" presented by retired Lt. Dave Walsh of the Arlington (Duchess County) Fire Department. The Lt. Andy Fredericks seminar is an annual event hosted by the Elmsford Fire Department that supports the Lt. Andrew Fredericks Scholarship Fund, the Lt. Tyler Rush Memorial Scholarship Fund, Burn Care Everywhere and the Firemen's Home in Hudson, NY.
