For the 13th straight year the Vista Fire Department held our annual Toys for Tots Holiday Toy Drive on Saturday, December 5th. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we had to unfortunately make several changes to our annual event including holding it outside by collecting toys "curbside" and by shelving the regular festivities we are accustomed to during our event (photos with Santa, cookie decorating, etc.). Despite the changes, we still had a great turnout from our community and we would like to thank everyone who donated a toy yesterday! The toys collected from the Vista Fire Department will be picked up by the Westchester County branch of the Toys for Tots organization and will be distributed on Christmas day.
