The Vista Fire Department is proud to announce that Foreman Phil Katz is now qualified on Engine 141!

Foreman Katz completed the E-141 driver training by learning how to operate E-141's pump panel and completing 8 hours or more of "drive time" behind the wheel. Foreman Katz also previously completed the "Apparatus Operator: Emergency Vehicle Operations (EVOC)" class & the "Apparatus Operator: Pump" class at the Westchester County Fire Training Center in Valhalla, New York. Foreman Katz will now move onto learning how to drive Tanker 4 going forward.
