Firefighter Brian Sferra completes Engine 143 training

The Vista Fire Department is proud to announce that Firefighter Brian Sferra is now qualified on Engine 143.

Firefighter Sferra completed the E-143 driver training by learning how to operate E-143's pump panel and completing 8 hours or more of "drive time" behind the wheel. Firefighter Sferra will now move on to learning how to drive Engine 141 going forward.

The VFD is always looking for more drivers, whether it be for our Fire Apparatus or our Ambulances! If you are interested in serving the community and learning how to drive these emergency response vehicles please visit VistaFD.org!
